Shipping policy

Processing Time

Each order is packed with care from our U.S. fulfillment location.
Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment. If your order includes a pre-order or made-to-order item, we’ll share an expected ship window on the product page.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer:

  • Free shipping on orders $100 or more

  • Flat-rate shipping of $7 for orders under $100

  • Optional express shipping available at checkout

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or an equivalent trackable service. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries including Canada, the UK, and the EU.

  • Canada: $15 flat rate

  • UK/EU: $25 flat rate

  • All other regions: $30 flat rate

International orders may be subject to duties or taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

 

Delays & Exceptions

Once a package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the courier. While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays due to weather, customs, or service disruptions.
