At HEAL, we don’t believe in excess—for the planet or your closet. Every piece we create is made in small batches, with care, so that what you wear carries meaning.
If something you ordered doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to make it better. We ask only that returns be thoughtful, too.
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll accept it as long as the garment is:

In original condition with tags attached
We reserve the right to respectfully decline returns that have clearly been worn, washed, or damaged. That’s not personal—it’s just our way of honoring the work that goes into making each piece.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or color, and we have it, we’ll make the switch easy. If we’re out of stock, you may opt for store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping is not covered at this time unless we made an error in your order. We’re a small team, doing this with intention—and we appreciate your understanding.
Final Sale Items
Some pieces are final sale, including special capsule releases and discounted items. We’ll always let you know before you commit.
